Review: Seolsung Restaurant was recommended by a local as the original briquette bulgogi spot. The side dishes were so diverse and well-prepared that it was wonderful at this price, and the briquette bulgogi was delicious with a rich smoky flavor. It really made me think, "The original lives up to its reputation." When I arrived, I was number 4 on the waiting list and waited outside for about 10 minutes. It was cool because there were fans installed. The yellow croaker was delicious. It has been a really long time since last visit. It's been more than 10 years. I really enjoyed the meal at such a low price! Even though it was a weekday, there was a wait. The skate was fermented just right—enough for a beginner to enjoy.

Review: I stopped by because I was able to apply for and receive the 50% travel subsidy for tourists visiting Gangjin. I liked that they had a set menu for two, and the 80,000-won set was really delicious. Each side dish was not overly spicy and complemented each other well, making it truly live up to the reputation of a master chef's meal. It was nice to be able to try a variety of dishes. We went without a reservation, but fortunately, a table opened up due to a last-minute cancellation, so we were able to get in. Every single side dish is delicious and plentiful.

Review: It's seriously delicious! The Bossam is insane—I ordered the small size, but the portion was incredibly generous! It's a famous Chueotang spot, but the Bossam is seriously delicious! The pickled radish and Bossam kimchi are seriously tasty. The owner's son was taking orders, and he was super friendly! The Chueotang is rich, not salty, but mild and delicious. The meat was tender with absolutely no gamey smell, and the accompanying Bossam kimchi wasn't too spicy and was seasoned just right, making it super tasty. The restaurant interior is small, but clean.

Review: I had dinner at Kapjin Galbi during my trip to Gangjin. I ordered the signature Steak Galbi, and the accompanying side dishes, such as the dried pollack soup and raw fish salad, were so delicious and generous in portion that they were practically main courses themselves. The meat was also tasty, and with the large portions, I ate until I was full. If you visit Gangjin, you definitely have to come to Gapjin Galbi. The thick steak ribs are the signature dish. A 250g boneless serving is quite generous. The ribs were thick, well-marinated, and had no gamey smell at all. The sweet and sour dipping sauce was absolutely fantastic.

Review: The chicken isn't salty, so you just keep eating it. Even though I ordered half fried and half green onion chicken, the amount of green onions was enormous. True to the style of country-style whole chicken, the set is substantial, including chicken feet, dumplings, and sweet potato fries. It's one chicken, but the quantity feels like two. I devoured it deliciously. The green onion chicken is delicious, and the fried chicken is good too—everything about this chicken place is tasty! The rumors are true!

Review: That intuition you had when you saw the menu and thought, "This is a must-visit"—you were right! The 4-person set is the essence of Kitchen Trip's signature Omakase. The food was so delicious with such care put into it, and while I was eating, I truly felt like I was on a trip! Seeing the owner kindly explain the menu and feel their pride in their food gave me even more confidence. It is a place I definitely want to revisit the next time I visit Gangjin.

Review: I had a late brunch. I learned for the first time that mudskippers and gobies are different. It wasn't fishy and tasted slightly different from loach soup. The side dishes were simple, perhaps because it was a soup with rice. I enjoyed the meal because the broth was refreshing and free of fishy smell. Since the hot pot was delicious, I brought the mudskipper soup to go, and it is even tastier than I expected. It is similar to Chueotang.
