In particular, the barley rice corner (with shredded radish, gochujang, and sesame oil) served before the kalguksu is a true delicacy. The kalguksu broth is clean and refreshing, making it the best hangover cure. The bossam is tender and moist with no gamey smell, and the accompanying dried radish strips pair fantastically with it. If you find the broth too salty, don't worry; simply ask a staff member for a fresh refill, and they will refill it immediately.

I added catfish to the freshwater crab spicy stew, and both the crab and catfish were plump and plentiful. I finished every last drop of the broth.
